Welcome to Bee Models. By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing or booking any events.

1. Subscriptions

  • Monthly Fee: Membership to Bee Models is available for £12.99 per month, granting you access to exclusive benefits, including enhanced visibility, photoshoot days, and industry insights.
  • Non-Refundable: Subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your access will cease.

2. Photoshoot Days

  • Booking Fee: Members can book photoshoot days starting from £20 per person.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for photoshoot days are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.
  • Cancellations by Bee Models or the Photographer: If a photoshoot day is cancelled by Bee Models or the assigned photographer, you will receive a full refund for the event fee.

3. Member Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: Members are responsible for ensuring that all information provided on their profile is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Behaviour at Events: Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally during photoshoot days. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund and potential termination of membership.

4. Platform Use

  • Bee Models does not guarantee work or agency representation. We provide a platform to enhance visibility and create opportunities for members.
  • The use of our platform is subject to UK laws and regulations.

5. Liability

  • Bee Models is not liable for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from participation in photoshoot days or use of the platform.
  • In the event of technical issues or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, Bee Models will work to resolve the matter promptly but is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or losses.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bee Models reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
